Japanese Flair was founded in 2011, with the idea to bring the fun, excitement, and flair of the Japanese steakhouse to fairs and festivals near you. During that time, no one had ever done traditional style hibachi like this at large events. The concept was well received and the demand for fresh, hot hibachi was outstanding.
